Come and discover a relaxing day of health, happiness & well being

You are invited to take this unique opportunity to spend some time out of your daily life to relax, unwind and discover your balance again.

Our aim is to offer you some new techniques for relaxing, calming and rejuvenating your energy. Listening and strengthening your Body, quietening your Mind and connecting to your Spirit & Soul will help you take more control of your life and feel more relaxed. These days are designed to give you many amazing tools to help you find your inner guidance again.

You will leave this day with a feeling of deep relaxation and release of tension in your Body, Mind and Spirit!!

You will be encouraged to carry on with the techniques through your own personal practise and/or further workshop days. Each tutor works separately and offers treatments and workshops in their subject locally. They will be there throughout the day to answer any questions you have at lunchtime and in the breaks.

Your day will include: A Yoga Class, A Calming Welcome and Opening Meditation Session, an Indian Head Massage Workshop, an Amazing Auras Workshop, an Alexander Technique Workshop and a closing Ascension Meditation. There will be regular tea/coffee breaks and you will receive handouts from each tutor during the day.

There will be 15min Angel Card Readings available, together with stalls selling gorgeous things! Available over breaks & at lunch are Amazing Aura Photos + reading (pre-bookable). There will also be FREE taster healing sessions too!

Please note, at the Indian Head Massage Workshop, you will have the option of working with or without massage oil and also massaging over clothes OR wearing a vest top or towel to cover you during the workshop while your fellow student works on your shoulders and arms. Students will be working on each other.
