We offer a you a friendly, relaxed and rejuvenating experience at Pura Vida.
Nestled into the stunning countryside in Spain, Pura Vida is a remote and peaceful location, surrounded by mountains, and yet is only 35 minutes from Almeria Airport. It is only a short drive into the only desert in Europe, the Desert of Tavernas. The nearest beaches of Almeria are 30 minutes away, or there are unspoilt beaches in the Natural Park at Cabo de Gata - again a short drive away.

Who Are We?
Denise Kirtley
Denise is a keen walker and enjoys tennis and runs a company called Raising Awareness in London that makes videos for charities. Denise has lived in many parts of the world and has lead walks in American National Parks, the Austrian Alps, and now Spain.
Caroline Nettle
Caroline is a Certified BodyTalk Practitioner since 2005 and is also a trained Angel Therapy Practitioner. She has worked in the field of addictions in the US and gives talks on addictions, toxins, and health related issues. She also writes articles and ebooks, and has travelled extensively to follow her passion, which is wildlife and their environs.
What Is Included?
The week long retreat can be as active or as passive as you like. All workshops, guided walks, mediations, and full board are included in the price.
Can’t get away for a week? It is possible to book long weekend breaks - Friday to Sunday- depending on availability. Please email us for details.
Not included:
Flights. Fly to Almeria and we can pick you up if pre-arranged for a small fee of £25.00 per person
Car Hire. If you fancy pooling car hire, there will be an option on your booking form. We recommend that you do hire a car.
Insurance - We will not accept any bookings unless you agree to having insurance, and send us proof that you are covered with the booking form.
Healing Sessions. These can be booked when you book your holiday, or on site. Payment will be directly with the therapists.
Costs start at £495.00 for the week
Options for accommodation are as follows:
Share of a twin or double room £495.00 for the week
Single occupancy £645.00 for the week
Whole cottage for one person £945.00 per week

Friday 18th May 2012 through to Friday 25th May 2012
Friday 25th May 2012 through to Friday 1st June 2012.
