The concept of the soul:
I have been thinking about the concept of the soul again; understanding its definition is one thing but experiencing it on a personal level is another.
Its getting to know it and understanding it within yourself, recognise that part of you.

No-one can tell you how to find your soul, The only way to find it is through your own endeavour.
It means you need to think and research for yourself and truly know who you are before seeking it.
Releasing your attachment to the illusions in the world will allow you enough quiet time to truly listen to what your soul is trying to commune.

The journey to discovering one's soul can be challenging, as it relies entirely on personal instincts, desires, and abilities. The soul itself does not actively assist in this process; rather, individuals must seek it independently.
Others can show you open focus meditation techniques and explain how to sit quietly and reflect inward.
You are connected to the universe, but ultimately, it's up to you to achieve and desire that connection yourself.

Self-love and worth are two of the things you need to nurture to help you find your soul.
Many people show less interest in deeply exploring their inner selves; rather, they frequently pursue more accessible approaches to spiritual awareness and personal growth.

They often seek quick fixes for their problems—whether through medication, surgery, or other remarkable means—but no one can truly teach another person how to experience the essence of their own soul.

It must be yours alone, only you can find out for yourself what your soul is and only you, can do that once you have become jaded with playing the games of the 3-D illusion.
Sit quietly long enough to hear what's going on inside you and to connect to the greater body that you are.
