Singing bowls are delicately tuned to one or more Chakra frequencies. This enables powerful vibrations generated by the singing bowl to work directly with the focused Chakra. Keeping the Chakras aligned and without blockages guides the body and mind towards good health and spiritual enlightenment.

The picture is of a brass mix Nepali made hammer finished singing bowl. These singing bowls are cast, then hammer worked by hand to tune. These bowls are consistent and very easy to use and offer solid frequencies when played in rotation and struck. Each bowl is individually checked for standard and predominant note range consistent with rotational use. Bowls include A striker and a silk cushion base as pictured. Different colour bases to those shown can be provided on request.
