I am a Master Reiki practitioner. Qualified in recent months. Many people I speak to haven't heard of Reiki. It seems difficult to persuade people to try it. The hospitals are over full, with long waiting lists. It is very frustrating that more people could be trying and benefiting from Reiki. Not that long ago, I hadn't tried it, and now I do it for myself every day. I do it for myself every day because I know it works.
A couple of weeks ago, I was in a supermarket, and a lady started talking to me, telling me about psoriasis on her hands and feet. It looked very bad, she told me about how painful it was. I told her that I did Reiki, and talked to her about it a little bit. I offered to do Reiki for her. And she asked me if it would help her condition. I honestly said that I didn't know, all you can do is try it, and see. Because no one knows what the energy can do for any individual person, it does what it can at that time. And I can't make claims to cure any conditions. Well, I hope she rings.
I am very enthusiastic about doing Reiki for her, and with optimism that it would be able to help her. But if people don't try it, then they will never know. There could be millions of people who could benefit from Reiki if they tried it.
